Wet and Wild...Walking on Eggshells Review

Wet and Wild. Walking on eggshells Trio
Guess who has another review for you!! :) Today I am going to review the Wet and Wild Walking on eggshells Trio. This is one of the most talked about drugstore trio's/pallets on the market. You can get these at pretty much any drugstore and they retail for around $3.00.

As you can tell  from the photo this has a beautiful color payoff. And the colors are all sheen. They all three provide a creamy texture and apply beautifully to the eyes. I first tried these with no eye shadow primer and they gave me a good run staying in place for about 4-5 hours, but using my avon primer pod they lasted well past 12 hours. You can apply them using only one coat or build them up to create a bolder eye look. This pallet is truly a must have for anyone who enjoys a natural/nude eye look, and would work wonderfully for women/men of all ages, from beginner to pro.
I also found that the "brow bone" color can double as a beautiful face highlight, applied lightly on the upper cheek bone, the bridge of the nose and even the cupid bow.

Excse my messy eyebrow's
My completed look, using the colors as directed on teh back of the package. As you can see they are very sheen and blend out beautifully for an anytime of the day look. (this was applied with no primer)

On a scale of 1-10 I give this Trio a 10. And I can promise you this will be in my collection until its no longer around.

E.L.F blush Fushia fusion Review

ELF Blush In Fushia Fusion
Hey Guys!! So I am back with a Review.
On the spot today is the Eyes Lips Face studio line blush in the color Fushia Fusion. This is an amazing bubble gum pink blush and at first glance has a ton of sparkle. You can purchase these online for $3.00 http://www.eyeslipsface.com/studio/face/blush/studio_blush.

It comes in a cute sleek little package that is easy for on the go travel, yet large enough to use your favorite brush for applying. It also has a tiny mirror on the lid for quick touch-ups.

This is one finger run through this amazing blush and as you can see in the photo, it has amazing pigmentation.  They color payoff is an exact match, although the sparkle's do not seem to come off on your face as big as they look in the package. The blush does leave a nice glow to your cheeks but nothing to overwhelming, so if you were considering buying this for the sparkle alone, I would not recommend it .
The blush also has a wonderful lasting power, lasting for around 5-8 hours. And it is very easily blended out. It does have a chalky/powder texture but it does not leave your cheeks feeling caked up. I also found that it works really well over top a cream blush.

As many of you who follow my blog know. I like to rate products on a scale of 1-10, 1 being horrid and 10 being best find ever. So i rate this blush at a 7 and I will definitely be repurchasing more from this line.

Ipsy July 2013 review

http://www.ipsy.com/?refer=u-hao9g9mxf3a91p55 <---Click to Join Ipsy today!!
This is just a quick overview of my July 2013 ipsy bag!!
(Ipsy is a $10.00 monthly subscription, and each bag contains between 4-6 deluxe to full size samples, the quiz you takes insures that each bag is custom to fit all your beauty needs.)

July was filled with lots of beach ready items, and I was super excited to try everything!!
This month we received 1 full size product and 4 deluxe samples. All prepared to have your looking your best at the beach or just around town.

Lets just just straight to the review :)
**Full size Nailtini polish in the color Mia Tia....Full size product is  $13.00**
While the color of this polish is stunning and the packaging is great. It is not a very well made product. I found that it chipped really easily and was very streaky and it took at-least 2 applications to achieve a full coverage, and it was also very staining to the nail. I would not purchase this product.
**Coola mineral face SPF 20 Unscented moisturizer....Full size product is $36.00**
This is one product you can say "a little goes a long way", so i dont mind that it was a super tiny sample.  I    like to use this as a facial moisturizer and I love that it has no scent. I did not notice any break out, but I prefer something with a little more SPF especially on my face. No I will not be purchasing this product, but it was nice to try.
**Big Sexy Hair Weather proof humidity spray, deluxe sample....Full size $17.95**
I have always been a HUGE fan of BSH products and this is another favorite to add to my list. I love that it provides volume while not allowing the humid temps to effect your hair style. It is nice and lightweight and does not leave your hair feeling stiff or crunchy. Yes i will be purchasing this amazing product.
**BH Cosmetics sample pallet in the colors: malibu, san franscisco, and hollywood....Each pallet retails for $8.95**
The color payoff of these eye shadows was not the best, and the color selection they choice imo was horrible. But they do apply really nicely and blend out well. I tried using these without a primer to test the true lasting power, and lets just say....It began to come off after just a few short hours...Not impressed and NO I will not be buying these pallets.
**Pouty Pop Crayon-color coral crush- Comes in a pack of 5 colors for 25.00**
This has to be my most favorite item out of the whole bag. (I even traded some things to get 2 more colors) They apply so smoothly and live a hint of shine on your lips. They last ALL day and do not require a reapplication. I did not find that the smudged or slid off the lips and they can be used alone, with a liner, or with a gloss over top. Yes I will purchase more of these.
** Nicole by OPI-plum-full size 8.00**
I love opi nail polish but this is one color I was not happy about. And I cannot leave an honest review because I have personally not even opened the bottle. Purple is just not my thing.
**The Ipsy Bag**
I absolutely despised this bag, but the Idea behind it was cute. But nothing screams child like, in my opinion, than a clear plastic bag. It is not durable, seeing as how mine was destroyed in the mail, and in no way would I trust the bag to be waterproof at the beach.

On a scale of 1-10 I rate this months Ipsy bag at a 6. I did not hate any of the products(bonus aside) and I enjoyed trying them all, especially for only $10.00 a month. If you are interested in Ipsy feel free to click the link below the picture and secure your spot on the waiting list.

My First Ipsy glam bag!!

So very excited for the arrival of my first Ipsy bag!!! The bag, the items, the whole experience has been AMAZING!! If you are not a member of ipsy, what are you waiting for?!?! http://www.ipsy.com/?refer=u-hao9g9mxf3a91p55. $10.00 a month and my June bag was worth $61.49... And to top it off EVERY SINGLE ITEM in the bag was FULL size!!!

First thing Is the bag...OMG this bag is the most georgious bag I have ever seen. The quality, colors and design are flawless!! Thanks Ipsy. (price unkown)

Item Number 2:: CAILYN Line Fix Gel Eyeliner in the color Iron.
This eyeliner is amazing. The lasting power is beyond believable, and while the color is not a rich black it would be amazing for use in a smokey eye look. It comes with a built in brush, that I do not like it is really flexible and makes it hard to draw a steady line. I have very sensitive eyes and it does not bother them at all. Again Thanks so much Ipsy. (Price $21.00) Yes I would and Do plan on purchasing this item. http://www.cailyncosmetics.com/category_s/196.htm

Item number 3:  J.Cats Sparkling cream palette.
This was a HUGE bust for me. Ipsy confused may of its consumers by saying this is an eye...No change that a body glitter.  I am still unsure if they even know/knew what it was. Eye glitter, body glitter...Who cares, still a BUST in my opinion. It has Zero color pay off, the glitter is chunky and very messy. A major no go in my book, but hey it could be worse...(Price 4.49) NO I will not be purchasing this product. http://jcatbeauty.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=18_59&product_id=54

Number 4 on the countdown: NYX cream blush CB11 BOHO CHIC
Another win in my book. I have never purchased or wanted to try a cream blush, until I received this from Ipsy. Although it is not highly pigmented the color pay off is still ok, it adds a nice glow to your cheeks and also doubles as a base for your powder blush. I have super oily skin and shockingly this has not made me look oily or just ran off my cheeks, so another awesome product. (price$6.00)http://www.nyxcosmetics.com/ Yes I will be purchasing this product.

Item Number 5. Chella Highlighter pencil in Ivory Lace
This product is a so-so in my opinion. The color isnt that great and It does not complement my eyes or eyebrows. BUT it does work great as an eye shadow base, it doesnt crease or allow the eye shadows to run. So while it doesnt work for me how it is supposed to at least it has another option. It is creamy and very well pigmented and glides on smoothly. The only thing I would change would be  a roll up stick instead of one that has to be sharped, due to the fact that it is so creamy. (price $18.00) http://chella.com/products/line/brow_color and no I probably would not purchase this item

Last and Final Item!!:: Starlooks lip pencil in Tipsy
This is the best lip pencil to have ever hit my lips, the color payoff is outstanding and it doesnt fill dry on the mouth. Does its job at holding the lip stick in place and works well alone with just a light/nude/clear gloss. Again i wish it was in a twist pencil instead of one that has to be sharpened because its super creamy. It is also easily bendable and really stays in place. A must have in my book. (price 12.00)http://starlooks.com/collections/starlooks-makeup-line and I will be placing an order VERY soon!!

So to conclude this post I will rate my bag with a 10!! The colors, the style, the products, everything blew me away. Definitely looking forward to the July bag and what they have in-store for me!! Again if your not a member of ipsy and would like to join for just $10.00 per month click the link, I am sure you will be glad you did!! http://www.ipsy.com/?refer=u-hao9g9mxf3a91p55

Revlon Just Bitten Balm Stain Review

                  First Blog Review, How EXCITING!!

First impression.
So I bought this product because I had seen so many youtuber's raving about it and I had to try it out for myself. Personally I LOVE the packaging, especially because it is a roll up(I hate anything that has to be sharpened) The color of the packaging and the color of the actual product are very close, almost identical, although on first swatch the color payoff is not. It takes several passes to get the complete color, but it goes on flawless. And is obviously very build-able. It is also good as a gloss, as it is very glossy looking with out the sticky feeling.

The Final Review:
I think this is an excellent product for the value. If you are not looking for a vibrant color, and love sheer this is the right color for you. Its a perfect almost nude. The price range is decent as well. Costing between $5.99 and $8.99 depending on where you shop, and circular adds almost always have coupons saving you bucks.  I would definitely repurchase this product and look forward to reviewing many of the other colors they have to offer.

The Good: Excellent packaging
The Bad: Not the best color pay off
Would We repurchase: Most definitely
